RHEMA II

It runs the term of my days in Colombia, when suddenly I became to chat with the Dancer (April 14th/05). We did it for a while, in those words I said to him I was preparing for leaving this country, Colombia. I told him something wrong happens into my life related to the church and that stuff really hurt me but I hadn’t want to speak about them. Suddenly I was told by him God have specifically a purpose unto my life, and it’s to take the gospel of salvation to my country. His words were “God loves you and He wants you get back to your country and take with you the Gospel of Christ, you gotta win your nation for Christ… Psalm 136”.

This is the forth rhema God gave me, already I know the will of my Lord Father, of course actually I know what I gotta do.

“Give thanks to the Lord” To “thank” here means to give all the glory, to confess the magnificence of the Lord God, give praise to him. The original word (heb: yadaw) comes also from malà, which implies to get filled, to become anointed by the divine grace. This is what it means “…Thanks to the Lord” But the psalmist three times says “Give thanks…” We’re told by him “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. Give thanks to the God of gods. Give thanks to the Lord of lords”. Holy Bible says “He is threefold holy”; remember the Living Creatures that are around the throne of the Almighty One, day and night they never stop saying “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty…” (Rev 4:8). With regard of the Living Creatures, Paul says again “…the Living Creatures give glory, honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever” (Rev 4:9).
Do you see the importance of the “three”? I think it’s kinda every “thank” to the Lord is what Paul says about. Give glory to the Lord; give honor the God of gods; give thanks to the Lord of lords. Every one of our “thanks” acclaims the holiness of the Lord Almighty. But I do see beyond the words of the psalmist. He is not only grateful of God, but he calls Him in three ways, Lord for He is good, God of gods, Lord of lords. I guess every one is a part of the character of the Lord God. Jesus said of God “There is only One who is good” (Matthew 19:17); but Thomas also spoke about Jesus and the characteristics of God saying “My Lord and my God” (John 20:28). So we’ve the Almighty One is Good, Lord and God.
But what about the phrase which is repeated every verse? “His love endures forever” (New Intl. Version). In the Spanish version (Reina-Valera, 1960) the phrase is “His mercy for us is forever”; in the King James Version the used word is also “mercy”. Let’s see the background of this. “Endure” (“endureth” in KJV) comes from owlam, it’s refers to something hidden, in a time out of the mind, the eternity, something perpetual, old, ancient, antiquity and futurity, which is everlasting forever. This reiterated verse teaches us the mercy and love of God are the fundament and basement of all His doings for His children, but they’re also the origin of all grateful heart of us to Him. Some version says about this phrase in the peshar: His mercy includes His fidelity and His goodness (Bible of study of the Vida Plena. RV, 1960).

All this is good, but what this rhema is saying to me? Well, actually I wish to get back to my country and join the college and the MJI-Toronto, later my will is to built my home (since I’ve no parents nor family) and my ministry. An author wrote “We’re part of a story, part of a tale; sometimes beautiful, sometimes insane”; sometimes I’ve passed by a lot of problems and needs, sometimes I’ve been in a good status and prosperity. I’m not equal as a Canadian to a Latino; due this I’ve had problems with people about my character and cultural background. People often think the other ones must be equal to them; but they don’t understand everyone has an own culture, an identity, a thought, a particular way of life, a personal life’s motto. Politician Bob Kennedy once said “Some men see things as they are, and ask why, I dream of things that never were, and say why not.” Actually I’m sure and proud of my identity, my nation, my people, my culture, my pledge; so I’m giving my life into the God’s hands. I know my dream and God’s calling for me is to take the Gospel to my people. He’s guiding me in all the possible ways, as He shows me His will, what he’d planned for my life, I’m asking myself “why not”. Since I was a little child always I was be amazed and shocked by the Thomas’ words “My Lord and my God”. All what this five words implies themselves. Already I know Thomas was thanking to the Lord for everything, but also for being Himself.

At the same way right now I can say “MY LORD AND MY GOD… THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU… ‘CAUSE YOU’RE GOOD, GOD AND LORD… I GIVE YOU THE HONOR, GLORY AND THANKS…” ‘Cause I love You my Lord; You gave your life for me, how can I give You less?

Rhema

Really I can’t remember exactly what was the day in which I received my first rhema word -Is 33:17, 19-20, but certainly I can remember it was cause of my happiness all that day. Ran the month of November, 2.000. I believed with all my strength I would be in Israel, I believed with all my faith I would walk in the Jerusalem’s streets, I believed my steps would be printed on the desert’s sand, my heart would beat so loud by the emotions in Tel Aviv-Jaffo, my eyes would see the glory of my ancestors. Zion. The second rhema came to my life in November, 2.003. Zch 8:23 talks about the restoration of Zion. All the chapter is was talking about me, as a truth, as a mountain, as a ripe old age one but as a boy too, as a prophet, as a Jew, having disciples in many countries around the world.

The third rhema came to me today. November 7, 2004. It’s Mic 7:8. All this chapter is talking about the corrupted people who are prevailing over the upright men. “Do no trust a neighbor; put no confidence in a friend. Even with her who lies in your embrace be careful of your words.” (v5).

Those are the circumstances why I left my church, all men lie in wait to shed blood; each hunts his brother with a net. Both hands are skilled in doing evil; the ruler demands gifts, the judge accepts bribes; the man’s enemies are the members of his own household.

My brothers stolen me, my friends lied to me, the leaders are transgressors of the law but they were awarded, meanwhile I was labeled as a guilty. They stolen of me more than Cdn$1.000=. They’re held in high regard, but I’m dishonored. This is not a just criteria, this is not a equitable justice.

Verses 14-18a, talk about the obey to the Lord’s words and shepherd the flock. But they say too: “Nations will see and be ashamed, deprived of all their power”. Later say: “Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression…”. So I know this is what I must to do, shepherd the people, my disciples, my inheritance; but I won’t forget the ill-gotten treasures of the people who stolen me nor the biased leaders and the inequitable judges.

Right now as a prophet I prophesy unto you saying: Therefore, I have begun to destroy you, to ruin you because of your sins. You will eat but not be satisfied; your stomach will still be empty. You still store up but save nothing, because what you save I will give to the sword. You will plant but not harvest; you will press olives but not use the oil on yourselves, you will crush grapes but not drink the wine. Therefore I will give you over to ruin and your people to derision; you will bear the scorn of the nations.

All the rhema words became real into my life, so I know this last will be too. “Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light.”. I’ll do as the prophet said “act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with my Lord”.

(Lamento a causa de la falta de juicios justos)
Me enseñaron que la forma de ministrar correctamente era haciéndolo en completa santidad. Eso exigieron de mí mis Líderes y hasta donde mi voluntad me lo ha permitido, lo he hecho. Me enseñaron mis maestros que la forma en que yo dañe mi testimonio, no me afecta a mí, pero daña la imagen de la iglesia. Me enseñó mi Líder a ser celoso y a ser humilde. Estos son algunos de los principios con los que fui formado; y con los mismos principios he formado y formaré a mis discípulos.
De la llamada "Ciudad Santa": Jerusalén, Flavio Josefo escribió: "Es la ciudad con mas historia de todas, pero también es la que más guerras ha provocado y más sangre interna ha derramado". Cuando Jerusalén fue tomada en las muchas ocasiones al albor de la era cristiana. Dentro de ella se encontraron muros dentro de muros, porque como lo narra el historiador, se enfrentaban bandos a muerte dentro de la misma ciudad. Historia tras historia fueron minando la ciudad, hasta que llegó el enemigo externo, y la arrasó hasta sus cimientos.
"¡Jesusalén, Jerusalén, que matas a los profetas y apedreas a los que se te envían!"
Hasta cuando Jerusalén? hasta cuando seguirás inmersa en tus luchas y tus guerras?
Formaste líderes Jerusalén, levantaste ministerios y Pastores salieron de tu tierra; reuniste a los escogidos, los rodeaste con tus muros, los protegiste y en sus manos pusiste tu herencia que es "la visión".
¡Ay! de ti Jerusalén, porque sigues siendo consumida por tus luchas intestinas. Porque en tu interior tus habitantes se forman muros dentro de muros y se levantan unos contra otros, desangrándote por dentro.
Pero tú misma Jerusalén, has permitido la corrupción de tus líderes, diste albergue al mentiroso, asilaste al ladrón, protegiste al asesino; y esa es tu perdición Jerusalén. Premiaste al impío, pero al justo castigaste. Al bueno lo escarneciste en público, pero al malo recompensaste con soborno en lo privado.
Jerusalén se ha envanecido en su nombre y fama. Ha descuidado su honra y su santidad para la cual fue formada. Dentro de sus muros el mentiroso es nombrado juez, y el ladrón es hecho tesorero; el violador es nombrado maestro y el falso profeta se ha convertido en consejero; el traidor es ungido líder y el soberbio es nombrado rey.
Ay de ti Jerusalén, porque si no te limpias desde adentro, tus habitantes justos huirán; porque si no desechas la corrupción que hiede aun afuera de tus muros, de ti hablaran con asombro y reproche.
No lo permitas Jerusalén, límpiate, renuévate, quita de ti lo podrido, lo corrupto, lo falso, lo mentiroso, lo vanal. No dejes que desde tu interior venga la perdición para ti Jerusalén. Levántate y sacúdete. No te adormiles en tu fama Jerusalén, no dejes que por estar envanecida en tu número de habitantes se te olvide hacer juicio justo entre ellos. No dejes que tu nombre desaparezca Jerusalén, no permitas que tus cimientos sean socavados y tus tesoros sean tomados y tu pueblo hecho cautivo.
Despierta Jerusalén y llora, como yo gimo y clamo por ti... Jerusalén.
